Refund Policy

At Precision Printss ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for orders placed at precisionprints.us.

No Returns on DTF and UV-DTF Gang Sheets

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on DTF gang sheets and UV-DTF gang sheets. These products are printed exactly as you upload your design — the way you upload your design is how it will be printed. It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork is at least 300 dpi and correctly prepared before submitting your order.

Other Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products — including 3D printed can holders (koozies), business cards, and custom acrylic signs — are made to order specifically for you. Because these items are personalized or produced on demand, all sales of custom and made-to-order products are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except as described below under "Defective or Incorrect Items."

Standard Products (Supplies and Equipment)

For non-custom products such as DTF transfer film, DTF ink, adhesive powder, printers, and auxiliary equipment, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Ink, film, powder, and other consumables must have intact factory seals.
• Equipment must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at precisionprints18@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will, at our discretion:

• Replace the defective item at no additional cost,
• Reprint or reproduce the item (for made-to-order products), or
• Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Rush Order Fees

Rush order fees are non-refundable once production has begun.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at precisionprints18@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (per the conditions above) and place a new order.
