Welcome to Precision Printss ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from precisionprints.us (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Orders

We offer DTF and UV-DTF printing supplies, equipment, and custom made-to-order printed products. By placing an order, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate.

Custom Products and Artwork

Many of our products are printed from artwork you upload. Your design is printed exactly as submitted — the way you upload your design is how it will be printed. You are responsible for ensuring your artwork is at least 300 dpi and that you hold the rights or licenses to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, or images you provide. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Precision Printss or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Printss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
