Shipping Policy

Precision Printss ships orders placed at precisionprints.us as follows:

Processing Time

Standard supplies and equipment typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order products — including DTF and UV-DTF gang sheets, 3D printed can holders, business cards, and acrylic signs — are produced after your order is placed and typically ship within 3–7 business days, depending on order size and production volume. Rush orders are prioritized when the rush option is selected at checkout.

Rush orders placed after 1:00 PM will be ready the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). For example, a rush order placed Wednesday after 1:00 PM will be ready Thursday, and one placed Friday after 1:00 PM will be ready Monday.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship within the United States using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Local pickup is available for select orders — you will be notified when your order is ready.

Large Equipment

Printers, powder shakers, and other large equipment may ship via freight or in multiple boxes. Delivery times for equipment may be longer than standard parcels.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at precisionprints18@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
